  As a partner and co-founder Andreas is responsible for knowledge management, structural capital, development strategies and quality of project deliveries. Andreas have also been responsible for human resource strategies (recruitment, compensation & benefits and skill development among other things) for 15 consultants as well as branding, marketing and social media strategies. As a senior consultant Andreas has been working with pre-sales as well as in various projects. Andreas was the top seller for three consecutive year. His focus areas for consultancy are; requirements analysis (use cases, user stories, non functional requirements) and business development (business process improvement), information modeling, goal modeling, business rules decomposition), software development methodologies (Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, RUP, DSDM) and project management/scrum master. I successfully managed several projects at importants clients handling environmental and governmental data.

  Andreas is teaching scheduled classes as well as on site. He has also developed a number of customer specific courses and inspirational seminars.   Holiday jobs at the Front Office at various bank offices of Svenska Handelsbanken. Andreas was handling cash transactions and servicing customers. Summer time banks can be stressful since they are low on staff and gets visited by a lot of unfamiliar customers. Handling these situations gave Andreas important people skills.
